This is work in progress but there are many people diagnosed with Meniere’s disease who have had their symptoms cured with TMJ treatment.

TMJ concerns the temporomandibular (tem-puh-roe-mun-DIB-u-lur) joint which acts like a sliding hinge, connecting your jawbone to your skull. You have one joint on each side of your jaw. TMJ disorders — a type of temporomandibular disorder or TMD — can cause pain in your jaw joint and in the muscles that control jaw movement.

Here is a patient testimony from Jena Vinzetta Johnson in Memphis, Tennessee, USA :

“I went to a museum in Texas and they had a real human skull on display. I was diagnosed with Ménière’s disease about 14 years ago. Menieres is a debilitating disease of the inner ear. Horrible ringing, deafness and extreme dizziness including spinning vertigo. I never had jaw pain or any jaw symptoms. But I had a friend, Angie Clayton that kept nagging me to see a TMJ specialist that helped our mutual friend Sherri Prince. A Dr Melody Barron out of Memphis TN. 7 months ago I walked in her clinic a mess! I was even walking with a cane on my really bad days. I cannot tell you just how bad I was tormented. Plus on top of that I had my ovaries removed due to a very long battle with hormone problems after Vance was born. I’ve had many surgeries over the years. But that’s another story for a different day. Since having TMJ treatment with Melody Barron, my life has dramatically changed. ENT doctors never made the connection of TMJ and the inner ear. If you have dizziness, ringing in the ear or even deafness and or headaches, please give TMJ treatments a try. You can see just how close the jaw joint is to the ear in this photo. All my symptoms were ear related. I still have a ways to go with my health and but I am on a journey of healing. I cannot wait to tell you all the whole story and the miracles God performed on my behalf. I can’t wait. But I want to give it a good year. I’m 7 months in and doing so much better. ”
